My morning started at 7 a.m with running session. Farah and some Manawatu girls are doing this interval training 2 times a week and I'm allowed to join them.
Today I had my first training at the gym. I haven't had a chance to practice at gym for almost two weeks so I really enjoyed to get back in business. I even tried local sauna after training.
I'm now at Sydney Airport, waiting for a flight to Wellington. Travelling has gone really well so far, the feeling of freedom and meeting new people has all been great.
